His interests in Cardiology coupled with his training with Apollo Hospitals in Advanced Cardiology and having worked with a few renowned and affluent Cardiologists has helped him excel in the disciplinary.

• He is registered with Indian Medical Association (IMA), Association of Physicians of India (API) and Gastroenterology Society of India (GES).

• He is presently involved in Research of “To decrease the Chest Infection among Tea Garden Workers in North Bengal” with Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) in association with a fellow Colleagues. Therein he is presently participating in “EDGE” Study, the same being the Largest Ever Trail on Gliptin and Metformin, a stepping milestone in the field of diabetics.
